Hatha Yoga was one of the first practices I started sharing in 2005 in Mykonos, founding The Yoga Room two years later. The various exercises (asanas) of hatha yoga help the body remain balanced, flexible, supple and strong in order to have all-round health. I combine flow yoga (Vinyasa) and therapeutic type yoga, Yin, encouraging the natural alignment and shape of each body. The connection of body, movement, thought and breath satisfies and nourishes our body and mind deeply.
A regular practice of gentle physical exercise has a positive effect on the overall flow of our life and mentality. I am a faithful follower of 'correct' organic alignment (Iyengar), gentle full breathing, and a calm and clear mind. These are the gifts of the yoga system that I practice and recommend to everyone.

I was trained in 2005, in Hatha Yoga (200hr RUT), by Eirini Ziakou (Atmanasana Yoga Studio). In 2010 I completed the (YOGAWORKS) 20hr GroovyKids yoga teacher training with Greville Henwood and Anna Zorzou. Founded and ran ‘The Yoga Room’, in Mykonos between (2007 - 2011).
